Announcements expire, and expired announcements are the main reason two pages on the same site disagree. Everything below carries the date it was published.

Operator notices, newest first
The announcements list shows release times without years, which is itself a small trap: the detail pages carry the full date and two of the five entries are from earlier years.

What the wider community reports
Two things are worth knowing and neither comes from marketing. A service notice dated 30 August 2026 addressed a hacker attack on the operator's servers and website, which is the sort of event worth knowing about when you are deciding where to hold a balance. And the recurring complaint pattern across agent communities generally is not fraud but expectation: appearance-only inspections being read as authenticity checks.
This site does not reprint individual user reviews. A handful of posts is not a measurement, and presenting them as one is how a guide turns anecdotes into apparent evidence.
What a dated notice is actually worth
The June notice has a withdrawal clause. The older US notice remaining linked does not prove the same surcharge or routes remain available. The October festival has separate claim and subsidy dates; check each coupon’s own validity in your account.
Treat an announcement as dated evidence. Confirm eligibility and current terms at the point of use. A campaign’s claim window and the validity of each issued coupon are different; the end of October is not automatically every coupon’s expiry.
The retained September 2024 announcement advertises CNY 3,000 of conditional coupons. Older screenshots also contain promotional badges; these are historical UI, not current entitlements. Check the pack issued to your account and the coupons you can actually use.
How this page is maintained
Everything here was read on 10 October 2026 unless a different date is printed beside it. Promotional figures are reviewed when they expire; policy figures are reviewed when the operator publishes a notice that touches them.
If a current page differs from this guide, compare its date, service scope and conditions with the retained source. A newer page can still describe a different service. Save the conflicting wording and confirm the order-specific answer rather than assuming publication date alone resolves it.
